Admission & Discharge

Admissions are any time depending on the medical status of the patient or according to the medical doctor’s discretion.

Discharge of the patient is before 6:00 pm.

Billing & Insurance

The payment method is Cash and mobile money for none insurance patients, Smart cards for insurance(prudential insurance) and we use a family Application scheme for different families and some companies that open up their accounts with the hospital.

Visiting a Patient

Any visitor for the particular patient is allowed. Visiting hours are from:

  1. 6:30 am – 8:00 am.
  2. 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm.
  3. 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

The hospital reserves the right of admission for any visitor.

Take note of the following

  1. Patients not allowed to bring in their linen or bedding to the hospital accept the pillow.
  2. Patients are allowed to have three visitors at a time.
  3. Visitors not allowed to sit on patient’s bed.
  4. Visiting time should be strictly at the indicated time.
  5. Patient may be allowed one attendant.
  6. No smoking or drinking alcohol at the hospital.
  7. Patients are allowed to carry their food and drinks.

Accommodation

We have the following types of rooms:

  1. Semi private room.
  2. Private room.
  3. Executive rooms- ensuite.

Dining and other services

Food is provided to patients and also we have nearby restaurants (witlex and mars restaurants).
